St-Jérôme Harley-Davidson is looking for a Service Advisor for its mechanical service department.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the essential link between our clients and our team of technicians. Your expertise and listening skills will help you understand their needs and offer clear, effective solutions. Your mission will be to guide customers through the repair, maintenance, or service process while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome customers in person, by phone, or by email, and understand their needs.
• Analyze customers’ technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments for customers, either in the workshop or remotely.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure follow-up on repairs and services.
• Promote after-sales services and maintain customer relationships to build loyalty.
• Manage technicians’ work schedules and oversee regular maintenance services.
• Ensure the availability of necessary parts in collaboration with the parts department.
• Proactively and constructively resolve customer dissatisfaction.
• Handle transactions and collect payments.

Required Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities during busy periods.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to meet the needs of demanding clients.
• Comfortable working in a computerized environment.
• English proficiency (an asset).
• Knowledge of mechanical services (an asset).

Employment Conditions:

• Daytime schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• 4-day workweek.
• Seasonal position for the summer period.
• Start date: March 2025.
• Possibility of contract renewal every summer. We are looking for a reliable person interested in returning each season.

Compensation:

• Hourly wage based on experience and skills.
• Overtime paid at a premium rate.
