Job description

Answer all customers inquiry in person, over the phone and froms emails.
Help customers to upgrade the performance, the comfort and the look of their bikes.
Collaborate with the mechanic departement to do the research for parts.


Knowledge of parts and mechanic.
Fluent in french and a good base in english.
Positive attitude, like the customer service.

Job condition

Permanent, full time job (35hrs-40hrs/ semaine)
Base salary + commission really concurential
Insurance, staff discount.
